Sean Moore (call me Swan!)
I practice and teach yoga to feel good, help alleviate depression and anxiety, and strengthen a deeper connection to myself. It's a crazy world out there, and it's easy to lose ourselves in it if we don't have a conscious connection to who we are and what we want to do in this life. I believe the practice of yoga helps us release stored emotions, reduce energy blockages in the body, and alleviate stress; all of which ultimately enables us to pursue the lives we were built to live with more joy and less fear.
Emily Shapiro (call her Emily!)
Emily completed 600 hrs with the Nosara Yoga Institute studying under her teachers, Don and Amba Stapleton. She has been teaching in NYC for almost 10 years, while spending her winters practicing/teaching and hosting retreats in Nosara, Costa Rica. She likes to teach a “sweet and moody” Vinyasa flow. When she’s not teaching, she perfoms weekly with a comedy team at the Magnet Theater in Chelsea. Always dance. Always laugh.
